"I have always loved paintings of the city and the lights....The process is my acrylic drawing. I always use the ink on the canvas while sitting on my easel. I do not draw on a flat surface. Drawing with ink on the easel gives me more of a challenge for a quick and spontaneous effect. The 24 x 48 canvas also allowed me to be able to create the NY skyline. The color palette is also another challenge for me because I wanted to make it minimal and unlike what other artists do with colors and lights."
