Shaded Heart
"We often hide thoughts from the heart. Turn around the bend and you may find them. Blue and yellow are some of my favorite colors. How to put them together uniquely is always a question. I started this painting with light blue because the sky surrounds us all. I next added dark blue paint using the same brush. I needed a separate brush to keep the yellow paint pure but blended it into the blue to produce green. I finished with teal colored paint, a shade of both green and blue, using a 3rd brush."
