"The main premise behind my art is to pull forth from imagination and render it as an expressionist or impressionist would. I feel this creates dream like natures in the painting which are pleasing not only aesthetically but cognitively. With that said Castle is meant to invoke a grander scene using colors which play on false realities. As always dreams and nightmares play a pivotal role in my continued pursuit in the arts."

Josh was born in Miami and now resides in Bradenton, Florida, about an hour south of Tampa. He creates art from a single bedroom apartment he has secured through Volunteers of America, one of the United States’ largest nonprofit providers of quality, affordable housing for families, elderly, and individuals living with disabilities.
Josh shares, "Making art to me is more than just an activity; it is human ability. I really connect with the idea that humans can create things of astounding beauty in forms such as the arts. I want so much to be a part of that... that beauty. So, I am out on a quest to create."
Josh is excited for the opportunity to share his creations with others and earn income from his creativity.
