Cenotes

"The colors and textures were representational of the Mexican cenote underwater caves but in my version, the colors and surfaces are somewhat modified to express the color and flow of my imagination. I tend to make it more pleasing to my personal color palette. The combination of all of these factors make it so much more fun and when studying it, I see many different scenarios. I’ve never been diving, but this is what I imagine. Each section was masked off to present four different areas of rock and reflection. No brushes were used. My tools were paper towels, cotton balls, drip technique, and a few squirts of isopropyl alcohol."
