The Jade is a Greystar residential community that balances modern living with comfort, connection, and inspiration. Located in Everett, Massachusetts, the property features thoughtfully designed interiors, flexible co-working areas, wellness amenities, and inviting outdoor gathering spaces that encourage residents to relax and engage with their surroundings.

To support their strategy, Greystar partnered with ArtLifting to curate a soft and relaxed art collection featuring print reproductions by ArtLifting artist Charlie French. Works including Hello London 1, Hello London 2, I Want Ice Cream, Isle of the Skye 3, Walking in the Desert, and Springtime were selected for their calming palettes, approachable imagery, and ability to bring warmth and personality into shared spaces. The collection complements Jade's nature-inspired interiors and amenity-rich environment, helping create moments of visual interest throughout the resident journey.

The project also included a custom digital artwork commission by ArtLifting artist Diana De Avila. Created specifically for Jade's clubhouse, A City in Bloom was developed using AI tools informed by Greystar's brand guidelines and architectural concepts. The result is a highly tailored artwork that reinforces the property's identity while bringing a distinctive creative focal point to a key resident gathering space.

For ArtLifting artists, these opportunities provide income, validation, increased confidence, and continued motivation to pursue their creative careers.
