Designing a Landmark Living Experience

ArtLifting partnered with Mortenson and Greystar to create a custom art program for Revival on Platte, a new multi-family development in Denver. Built using Mortenson’s first-of-its-kind vertical integration construction approach, the project reflects innovation both in its structure and in its design experience. The art strategy centered on curating an engaging mix of original paintings, vibrant prints, and large-scale installations that bring energy and local connections to the shared spaces. Two exterior murals and an immersive wallcovering in the gym room complement the interior collection of print reproductions. Along with curating for impact, ArtLifting’s curators considered how the artwork palette interacts with the Empower Field at Mile High stadium (Denver Bronco’s Stadium), which is adjacent to the property and visible from the skydeck.

The collection highlights the creativity of 13 artists with disabilities, seven of whom are Colorado-based. Greystar features this artwork as a key amenity, showcasing the collection and ArtLifting partnership prominently on its website and marketing materials to attract residents who value culture and community. By displaying diverse perspectives, the program transforms the property into a space that celebrates inclusion and artistic innovation while strengthening ties between residents and the surrounding cultural landscape.
