The Capitol Building

"I like the colors. The grey with the white. I was looking at a black and white picture and the flag is beautiful standing there up high. That building is like a monument. Black and white makes the picture beautiful and interesting. And the color in the flag makes the picture pop. Next, I found a photo on the computer that I like and printed out. I draw it on the paper with some help from Leslie. And finally add in all the colors."
