"With Take It In, Keep Going, I wanted to hold the feeling of a path still unfolding: movement, surprise, and the energizing moment when the horizon shifts and a vista asks us to pause. A swooping bird, a song nearby, and the bend beyond what we can see guided this memory into motion. Through translucent watercolor layers, fluid and gestural marks, and expressive color—contrasts shifting in chroma and intensity—I wanted to carry both vitality and calm: the joy of noticing, taking it in, and continuing forward."
