"I am always amazed at the resilience of flowers. They endure the harshest winters and then re-emerge in the Spring to blossom once more. They remind us of the beauty found in nature, and symbolize the idea that new beginnings in life are always achievable. Sunrise Glory is a piece from my Blossom Series. I incorporated my favourite shades of magenta and pink, along with touches of green, blue, and yellow. Applying acrylic paint and mediums in different layers created depth in the painting."
