Thanks to ArtLifting sales, I finally have a little place of my own. I started this series on an easel--with a makeshift, unfolding board for stretching the canvas--in the middle of my tiny living/bedroom. An American in Paris--wait--Hollywood!
In addition to losing my yellow lab Sally, I lost a few, close friends over the last several years, friends who had taken me in, supported my artistry and loved me unconditionally. Death is always unexpected, but it has cropped up for me often, yet I hope to still embody the innocence of life so that my spirit remains vital and strong."
