Suburban Plan Full of Plans
"This particular painting is done on newspaper that was applied to the canvas with a clear liquid medium and painted with a dark, subdued, multi-colored background. I then covered that with an off-white, semi-transparent glaze and once the glaze was dry, I took more of the liquid glaze and let it run in all directions over the background. The end result appeared like a diagram of a major housing plan that has multiple smaller plans within it."
