Moons and Carbon
"'Moons and Carbon' was inspired by the full autumn moon and free-associating about all the moons dotting the night sky across the universe. The carbon represents humankind and other life forms, all of us the by-product of carbon-based stardust. The illuminated ladder-like structure at the bottom of the painting represents the illuminated pathway or bridge from Earth back to the cosmos."
