"Golden Hour was created as part of my newest collection, created over the 2022-23 winter, called The Hours. The Hours is a love letter to the Blue Ridge Mountains where I live, showing landscapes at different times of day. Each piece shows similar compositions in different palettes, making the light, rather than the mountains, the subject. Golden Hour uses warm browns and golds to show the mountains right after sunset."
