Angelino

"Angelino was created as a wedding gift for a close friend of mine this summer. We've known each other since we were high school theater geeks together but now he is a successful Hollywood casting director. I created this painting feeling into his love of the color blue and visions of the scenery along the Pacific Coast Highway. I asked him to name it, and he chose 'Angelino' because he said 'it feels very much how [he] feels being a Los Angelino.'"
