“As someone who’s walked a long path of healing, it’s deeply meaningful to know my art lives within [the headquarters] of a company grounded in compassion and support. It feels like more than a sale — it’s a powerful alignment between my story and their mission to help others feel cared for regardless of their life stage. Thank you for giving my work a home where it can continue to offer comfort and connection.”

Creating a Welcoming Healthcare Headquarters with Curated Art

ArtLifting partnered with a leading New England health care company to transform its headquarters into a vibrant, inclusive environment that reflects its commitment to workplace wellbeing and belonging.

The curatorial approach aligned each wing of the building with a color theme and brand value — embrace learning, own outcomes, grow together, and build community — while connecting directly to the organization’s employee resource groups. This strategy ensures the artwork enlivens a modern, neutral space while resonating with the lived experiences of staff and the patients they serve.

The collection features a rotation program of abstract and figurative works by 27 ArtLifting artists, with emphasis on local and underrepresented voices. Print reproductions were thoughtfully placed to create impact in high-traffic spaces, communal areas, and executive offices. With each rotation, the client’s teams connect with different stories and styles of artwork.

By integrating art as a visual anchor and a storytelling tool, the project reinforces the organization’s leadership in health equity, wellness, and inclusion while cultivating a more welcoming and inspiring workplace.
