Andrew serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Colliers' Global Occupier Services business. He is responsible for executing the strategic vision, client experience, growth agenda, and leading the global organization of regional and functional commercial real estate experts who provide memorable service for Colliers' clients, leveraging a global platform of 500 offices in 68 countries worldwide. In addition to his global leadership responsibility, Andrew also directly leads Colliers' Occupier Services business in the EMEA region.

Becky Curran is the Senior Director of Stakeholder Engagement at Disability:IN, where she leads new partnerships and disability inclusion efforts, including the Disability Equality Index. Since joining in 2017, she’s helped grow Index participation from 110 to 542 companies.

With a marketing degree from Providence College, Becky began her career in entertainment at CAA and CBS, co-founded the Catalina Film Festival, and launched DisABILITY In Media. A global speaker and advocate, she later worked at SAG-AFTRA supporting diversity strategies. Becky serves on multiple advisory boards and remains a committed leader advancing inclusion for people with disabilities across media, business, and society.

Chad Doellinger has been CBRE’s Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary since January 2025. Diane Hessan is an award-winning market researcher and innovator, a seasoned board director (including Panera, Eastern Bank, and more), and a nationally recognized expert on the American voter. She is CEO of Salient Ventures, which helps accelerate the next generation of startups in tech. In that capacity, she has championed over 100 startups in the Boston area and beyond.

She is the founder and former CEO of C Space, formerly called Communispace, which was the first company to leverage social media to help companies get insight and inspiration from their consumers.

Diane has a BA from Tufts, an MBA from Harvard, and is a member of the Market Research Hall of Fame.

Don joined Oracle in January 2021 and is responsible for Global Real Estate, Facilities, and EHS&S and serves as the co-executive sponsor to Oracle’s Diverse Abilities Network. He spent 13 years with Merck leading the Global Workplace and Enterprise Services Organization (also executive sponsor to the capAbility network) and 12 years at Stepan as a Plant Manager. Dustin Sarnoski is the Head of Global Realty for State Street Corporation. In this role, he oversees ~7M square feet of operational real estate – including offices and data centers – across more than 25 countries, with an annual operating budget in excess of $450M.

Dustin is active with charities in the Greater Boston area, currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of St. Mary’s Center for Women and Children and on the Advisory Committee for ArtLifting, and previously having served on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Boston Business Improvement District (Boston BID), the Fort Point Arts Community (FPAC), and Bread of Life.

Frederico brings over 20 years of experience in real estate and development, with a strong track record in executive roles at companies such as Wal-Mart, Groupe Casino, and IBM. Originally from Brazil and based in the U.S. since 2022, he is passionate about art and community service, and committed to supporting purpose-driven initiatives.

Harry Smith is a professor at his alma mater Central College in Pella, Iowa, where he teaches a seminar on curiosity and adaptability. Until spring of 2024, Smith was a reporter for NBC News. Before that he worked as a reporter and anchor at CBS News. He also hosted Biography at A&E.

Smith has reported multiple stories from all fifty states and filed pieces from each continent. He has interviewed a passel of presidents and plenty of superstars. In a network career spanning nearly forty years, Smith often found his favorite stories in places far from the headlines.

He has won four Emmys, a Peabody and is the recipient of The Edward R. Murrow Lifetime Achievement Award in Journalism.

Jason Pugh, NOMAC, AIA, AICP, LEED AP, is a licensed architect, certified planner, and a Principal at Gensler where he serves as the Global Director of Inclusion. As a firmwide leader based in Chicago, Jason promotes Gensler’s commitment to its Strategies to Build a Just and Inclusive Future while addressing the low representation, disparities, and unique challenges diverse practitioners face across the building design industry.

Jason is passionate about developing underserved communities and the next generation of designers, architects, planners, and activists. He leads projects that engage the community at-large, shepherding them from community-based comprehensive plans through full construction. He’s driven by the belief that one project can change a community, and if we change enough communities, we can change the world.

She has spent half of her career as a service provider at architectural firms in San Francisco and NYC, creating effective workplaces and strategies for numerous Fortune 100 and Tech clients. The other half of her career has been within the real estate organizations of top global companies including NVIDIA, Salesforce, Genentech and AIG. Her focus at these high growth organizations has been to lead the workplace design and planning groups in creating dynamic workplaces, enhancing brand and culture through the built environment, forming and developing team members, implementing data-driven real estate solutions and establishing efficient real estate portfolio strategies.

Her passions include design, real estate, cooking shows, dogs, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jeri Ballard is the Executive Vice President of Real Estate, Business Operations Centres, and Corporate Travel. She is responsible for leading a team that delivers the real estate and facilities management to Shell businesses in 40+ countries. This includes the land assembly, construction and management of offices, laboratories, worker accommodations, and land for renewables projects. In addition, her team manages one of the world’s largest in-house business service centre networks (25,000+ staff) and one of the largest corporate travel programs.

Jeri began her career with Westinghouse Electric and has held management positions with Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) and Dynegy Inc, where she was the Senior Director of Global Facilities Management. She joined Shell in Houston in 2004. She has been active in several industry and civic organizations including CoreNet Global, a corporate real estate industry association, where she is on the Board of Directors.

Jeri was honoured with being named one of the top 15 women in real estate by Corporate Real Estate Women (CREW) and named Corporate Real Estate professional of the year in Houston by CoreNet for her work on Hurricane Katrina business continuity efforts for Shell.

Jeri is a native of Ohio and received a Bachelor of Science in transportation logistics from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in international finance from the University of Connecticut. She is married and has a daughter. Her hobbies are photography, scuba diving, live music and trying to make time to keep her pilot’s license current.

John is the Founder & Managing Director of Two Lanterns Venture Partners, a seed fund investing in AI software startups poised to create massive impact. Kay is author of Designing Neuroinclusive Workplaces a book that addresses sensory processing, cognitive well-being and neurodiversity in the built environment, and why and how we need to address it to create neuroinclusive spaces.

Malisa Maynard is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Mohawk Industries, where she leads the company’s sustainability strategy to enhance and strengthen Mohawk’s overall performance. With three decades of experience in sustainability, her work focuses on driving product innovation and fostering positive environmental and societal change in a Fortune 500 environment.

Throughout her career she has served in sustainability leadership roles for numerous national trade organizations and believes collaboration is vital to learn from others and improve sustainability positioning. Matthew Hickey, a Mohawk architect from Six Nations of the Grand River, is a partner at Two Row Architect, where he leads the design of culturally-rooted, land-based architecture across Turtle Island.

Guided by Haudenosaunee principles, his mission is to advance Indigenous sovereignty through architecture – centering food, water, land, and community in every project. His work promotes regenerative sustainability and place-keeping while challenging colonial systems of design.

Matthew is a tenure-track professor at OCAD University, a mentor with Nikibii Dawadinna Giigwag, a Waterfront Toronto Design Review Panelist, a ULI Advisory Committee member, and serves on the Board of the Art Gallery of Ontario.

Melissa is a software engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in the fintech industry, spanning roles from hands-on software engineer to executive leadership. Paul has 30 years experience in supporting facilities sustaining operations, real estate transactions, workplace strategy, facility capital projects, environment pillar of corporate responsibility, health, and safety. Rebekah held a similar role at Sephora, leading the design team responsible for new retail formats, fixtures, and roll-out. She is currently at Bank of America where she built an in-house team that is responsible for new concepts, flagships, and design roll-out of client facing Financial Centers. Dr. Sam Chandan is the Founding Director of the Chen Institute at NYU Stern, where he leads research, policy, and academic programs in real estate. An economist and epidemiologist, he is a Fellow of several distinguished institutions and has held faculty appointments at Wharton, Dartmouth, and NYU. He previously served as Academic Dean at NYU Schack and Chief Economist at Real Capital Analytics and Reis. She had responsibility for real estate strategy, business partnerships, workplace services, hospitality, facility management, real estate transactions, construction management, real estate technology, and engineering functions, overseeing the physical and virtual spaces and experiences that encourages Fidelity employees, businesses, and customers to thrive.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Suzanne led the Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience division for American Express with responsibility for the workplace experience and real estate. She was also a Managing Director and Global Lead of Real Estate and Transaction Management at Deutsche Bank, based in New York and London.

Earlier in her career, Suzanne led real estate for one of the world’s largest law firms: Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and previously was Vice President of Finance, Strategy and Transactions at J.P. Morgan. Suzanne developed her skills as an analyst and consultant at both Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Ernst & Young and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.

Committed to the development of real estate professionals, Suzanne lectured at Cornell, MIT, and NYU, has served on the Global Board of Directors of CoreNet, chaired its New York City Chapter, and served on the organization’s Learning and Women’s Committees. Tiffany Yu is the CEO & Founder of Diversability, a 3x TEDx speaker, and the author of The Anti-Ableist Manifesto: Smashing Stereotypes, Forging Change, and Building a Disability-Inclusive World. She started her career at Goldman Sachs before becoming a speaker and writer on disability. At the age of 9, Tiffany became disabled as a result of a car accident that also took the life of her father.

Vincent Uribe is a Chicago-based artist, curator, and creative community builder. He is the founding director of LVL3, an artist-run exhibition space and online publication launched in 2010, dedicated to supporting emerging and mid-career artists through collaborative programming. Since 2013, Uribe has served as Director of Exhibitions and Creative Partnerships at Arts of Life, a nonprofit supporting artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities, where he launched the Circle Contemporary galleries to integrate studio artists into the broader contemporary art scene. Additionally, he is the Art Director at Epiphany Center for the Arts, curating exhibitions that foster community engagement. Uribe serves on the executive board of the Intuit Museum of Art as well as Equity Arts, advocating for inclusivity in the arts.

As the Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Client Partnerships, Whitney is focused on global strategy, innovation, and coordination in order to better solve clients' space and service needs. She is responsible for developing the firm’s vision and strategic roadmap to foster a culture of hospitality firmwide and elevate the client experience across product types, including Hines Workplace Services, the firm’s in-house flexible office and amenity platform designed to maximize efficiencies for clients and add value to assets.

Whitney joined Hines in 2013 as Director of Marketing for CityCenterDC in Washington, D.C., where she successfully brought the 10-acre, mixed-use development online from development to operations, overseeing all marketing, public relations, and public space programming initiatives. She then served as Director of Global Project Marketing and Digital Strategy at the firm’s headquarters in Houston, where she created and consulted on award-winning marketing, PR and placemaking strategies for more than 19-million square feet globally. Whitney joined Hines’ Southwest Region in 2019 as a project manager and regional business generator on the development and management side of the business. Yanni Tsipis is Senior Vice President - Development at WS Development in Boston and oversees all aspects of the company’s Boston Seaport project, a 33-acre, 20-block, 7.6M square foot mixed-use development at the heart of the thriving innovation ecosystem in Boston’s Seaport District, as well as the 2.1M square-foot Fenway Corners project surrounding historic Fenway Park. A longtime historian of his native Boston and thought leader in the real estate industry, Yanni has written four books about the history of the city’s transportation infrastructure. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards and is a past member of the Boston Landmarks Commission. Yanni holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from MIT and has been a faculty member at the MIT Center for Real Estate for over 20 years.
