"While visiting a charming little ocean front village in Maine, a flotilla of sailboats silently passed by. It was a perfect and peaceful sight. While squinting my eyes, I could see all the colors of this awesome scene. The many colors existing in my view, were painted with alcohol ink and acrylics. The final piece still wasn’t what my vision really was. I brought a hi-res RAW photo into Photoshop and a variety of paint filter programs to add more abstract features and enhance the colors so that only then, my final perception was created digitally. "
