Art Integration Aligned With Materiality, Form, and Workplace Flow
ArtLifting partnered with the software company’s Cincinnati office to address their need for artwork to support their interior design strategy and reinforce their commitment to an inclusive workplace. This project is part of a larger strategy spanning multiple offices in different regions, creating a connected visual language across the organization’s workplaces.
ArtLifting structured the project around a “Botanical Deco” concept that leverages neutral tones, greens, natural elements, and architectural curves to align with the natural environment. The ArtLifting team curated a mix of original artworks, print reproductions, and dimensional pieces from the Infinity Collection by Eliza Redmann to create visual consistency across work areas, circulation paths, and shared spaces. This approach allowed the artwork to contribute clarity, rhythm, and points of engagement throughout the office while meeting the organization’s interest in investing in talented artists with disabilities.
ArtLifting selected works that featured botanical themes, geometric forms, and layered textures to maintain a cohesive visual direction. The Infinity Collection by Eliza Redmann introduced three-dimensional elements in natural resin and concrete to support the project’s focus on material depth and strong visual impact.
Prints and originals by Carlos Canon, Kate Snow, MJ Cooper, and Quána Madison offer variation in scale and technique and provide color transitions to support movement and wayfinding along the corridors. By sourcing artwork from disabled artists with diverse lived experiences, the collection advances the organization’s goal of integrating underrepresented voices into the physical workplace across its broader portfolio of offices.
