At Avalon Parsippany, AvalonBay Communities set out to create a residential experience that feels modern, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for a new development in Parsippany, New Jersey. 

To achieve this goal, ArtLifting partnered with EB Creative to integrate impactful artwork into shared spaces. Through this collaboration, art plays a central role in creating an elevated atmosphere throughout the property.

ArtLifting curated a selection of custom large-scale reproductions by ArtLifting artists Lindsey Holcomb and Tim Stone, chosen for their distinct visual styles that complement the architectural character of the building. Together, their pieces create a dynamic yet cohesive aesthetic that enhances the resident experience from the moment of arrival.

Uniquely, a dynamic wallcovering featuring line drawings by Lindsey Holcomb was created using a gold metallic finish. The bespoke metallic finish adds dimension and a luxurious touch to the common area.

Scaled intentionally for impact, the art installations transform transitional and shared areas into engaging visual moments. The artwork anchors each space, adding depth, personality, and a sense of identity to the community.
