"“Undercurrent” is a lightly textured abstract that has a background of neutral earth tones and random areas of black, white, and the occasional red. A generously layered background is overlaid with randomly placed repetitive loose strokes of blue and white. There is a sense of activity or movement both above and below the surface. Techniques include mark making, repetition, mono printing, layering, sanding, and scraping."
