The Willow Beg Knot

"This knot was part of a series of 6. A favorite piece of mine. It reminds me of water spiraling down the drain hold in a sink. The line crosses itself 49 times. Starting with pencil lines, I used Indian ink to line the work. Then I added the webbing - the wee bits of dirt in each corner where lines cross. Then watercolor."

- Rustie McCusker
