"I was thinking of bubbles packed into boxes - and how they might morph from their original natural shape to fill the box - corner to corner. I created the lines for this - and sat wondering how it might be colored. Then I put the sun in the center and the garden followed. Another rose garden on a sunny blue-skied summer's afternoon. Pencil then colored ink markers."
