Dhyana H.J.F. started making art “as a coping mechanism to deal with extreme stress.” She found that art provided a distraction and also an outlet for her talent.
Dhyana was excited to realize she “had an eye for color and design,” and felt fulfilled and inspired “after seeing the beauty of each finished piece.” She continues to make art today because it helps her “regain dignity and confidence previously lost through debilitating health conditions that robbed me of my professional life.”
