"You know it's Spring when you walk past a lilac bush in bloom, its heady perfume lingers in the air promising renewal of season. One of my favorite scents in our garden. I created a stamp using a foam block to enhance the texture in the background and painted the lilac using a q-tip, giving the results of softness and variation of colours."
