"This watercolor study of a flower bouquet on green stripes was completed on 04.06.2025 and was included in my exhibit 'Lilies and Friends'. The green striped table cloth helped push the colors in this bouquet into a place of tension, where the colors appear both realistic enough, in their interpretation, and exuberantly striking. I wanted to leave the white of the paper for the stripes, to also add to this illusionistic dynamism."
