"I created this piece intuitively by cutting and reassembling pieces of old alcohol ink artworks; mosaic reflects on creativity, transformation and trusting the process. Each fragment once held its own story, together they formed into a new narrative of harmony, color and possibility. A great way to make something old new again. Confession: I rarely throw things out because in the back of my mind, I am thinking I might be able to use them for something, whether they are old art pieces or things from the recycling bin. I love the challenge of reusing."
