"This work, featuring a bouquet on a chair, painted from life, was completed on 04.27.2025, and was included in my exhibit 'Lilies and Friends'. I've painted the flower bouquets in various types of containers and vases, but I really like how this humble chair and striped green flower pot sort of present this bouquet as being more about their intrinsic color relationships between the variety of greens and flowers. There's more of an everyday lushness in their presentation."
